NEW PATIENT DOES NOT SAVE

Description

I entered data for a new patient, clicked SAVE but nothing happens. I try to check if a record was created (in SELECT PATIENT) but none was recorded.

Using MacOSX (10.4) with Firefox...

MacOSX is an untested platform.

Works fine under Linux and Windows.
