saving the wrong information

Description

1. i was trying to save the information (ex. asdfgh) placed in the fields corresponding to the WBS, RBC, etc. of the laboratory tab.

2. I expected it to reject the saved information since it didn't correctly correspond to the information asked for.

3. instead, it saved the information however incorrect it was.

ffehr is now capable of restricting numeric inputs on fields.
