suggestions:

  1. when clicking the tabs (General, Laboratory, Philhealth), their default forms should be the forms under their category and not the form that was last clicked to avoid confusion
  1. fields which should have numeric values should only accept numbers
  2. for dates, the day and year fields should be dropdown just like the month

field [ days - (1-31) year - (1960 - 2099) ] and checks for month/day/year consistency should be implemented right away

Navigation usability have been addressed in version 0.1b2.

  1. fields which should have numeric values should only accept numbers

version 0.1b2 is now capable of restricting numeric values

  1. for dates, the day and year fields should be dropdown just like the month

field [ days - (1-31) year - (1960 - 2099) ] and checks for month/day/year consistency should be implemented right away

version 0.1b2 date widget have been improved.
