~trying to do: I was trying to put a picture for my profile.
~expected to happen: I was expecting that I would be able to add a picture once I had clicked the box with the "anonymous" photo on the left side.
~actually happened: Nothing happened. I kept clicking and clicking, but nothing popped up for picture browsing or choosing.

~trying to do: I was trying to clear up all the information that I had just typed with the revert button (applicable to seemingly all parts).
~expected to happen: I expected that I would get a clear history sheet, for example.
~actually happened: It didn't clear up since I had already saved it; meaning, if I had put the wrong information for everything and saved it, I would have to individually clear up the data using the "backspace" button. The revert button only works if you haven't saved it yet.

~trying to do: I was looking at the gender buttons that were in the profile sheet to see what they considered valid.
~expected to happen: I expected to see more than just "female" and "male". I thought they would at least have an indeterminate option, because this would be applicable to babies (like what can be seen in the CHITS system).
~actually happened: Unfortunately, the gender options were only limited to male and female.

~trying to do: I was filling up the PhilHealth? form (general), and I wanted to check the print preview form. I was going to continue adding information afterwards, which meant closing the preview form.
~expected to happen: The form previewed was okay, I expected to be able to continue typing once I had closed the preview form.
~actually happened: I was shocked that I had lost all the data inputed for the PhilHealth? form when I closed the preview page. I realized it was because I hadn't saved it; however, it shouldn't have necessarily have done so since I was just looking at the preview. It would be a hassle to type everything once again.
